ASSOCIATION COMMENTS: Hamilton funeral service didn’t prepare brother’s body properly, Bay of Plenty woman claims
The Association has raised concerns over non-member firm and its practices. Chief executive Gillian Boyes, said they have not applied for membership with the association, which, while not legally required, provides strict standards for funeral homes in New Zealand.
