AGM moves to virtual meeting 

In light of the current Government COVID restrictions and to give members certainty, your Board met yesterday to decide if the AGM would remain as a face-to-face meeting or move to a virtual meeting.  

The Board has made the difficult decision to cancel the face-to-face AGM being held 29-30 November in Wellington and to run the AGM as a virtual only meeting via Zoom.  The current AGM agenda will be reviewed to focus on the essentials necessary for good governance of the Association, with a reduced time allocated of 3 hours. 

WHEN:  Tuesday 30 November 2021

TIME:  2.00pm – 5.00pm

WHERE:  Zoom Virtual Meeting

HOW TO REGISTER & JOIN:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

REFUNDS
All paid registrations for the AGM and dinners will be refunded. Accounts will be in touch to arrange this.
